《觀》吳承翰個展

我習慣從凝視生活周遭的人事物開始創作。是一種安靜的觀看，也是一種與世界對話的方式。
花鳥走獸、光影塵埃，都是我日常裡的呼應。它們看似平凡，卻在筆下化為情感符號。墨的暈染如時間的流動，金與咖啡的色澤則像生活裡不斷閃爍的微光。

在《觀》這個展中，我試著以筆墨語彙闡述生活的片段，也描繪內心的波紋。每一筆都是觀照——對社會、對生命、也對自己。

我希望觀者在作品前，能暫停片刻，尋找畫面中開展的故事。花鳥走獸在光影中棲息，金與墨的流轉，像時間的呼吸，也像生活的迴聲。

I often begin my work by observing the people, objects, and moments around me. It is a quiet way of seeing and a way of engaging with the world. Flowers, birds, animals, light, shadows, and dust become echoes of everyday life. Though ordinary, they are transformed into emotional symbols through my brush. The flowing ink evokes the passage of time, while gold and coffee tones suggest the subtle glimmers of daily life.

In Observation, I use the language of ink to depict fragments of life and inner ripples. Each brushstroke reflects an act of contemplation—of society, life, and myself.

I hope viewers will pause before the works and discover the stories unfolding within them. As flowers, birds, and animals rest among light and shadow, the movement of gold and ink becomes like the breath of time and the echo of life.
