陳燕如使用古老的「熱蠟畫」技法，將蠟與火在高溫下的交融作為創作核心。她將自然體悟化為靈動思維，透過潛意識與自動性繪畫的方式，讓熔融的蠟彩自由流動於畫面，構築出多層次、多維度的視覺空間。作品中絢麗的色彩與流動的質感，不僅展現自然的生命力，也為觀者開啟一個富有想像力的內在場域。

Yen Ju Chen employs the ancient technique of encaustic painting, where wax and fire merge at high heat to become her primary medium. Drawing from her encounters with nature, she channels subconscious impulses and the spontaneity of automatism, allowing molten pigments to flow freely across the surface. The result is a richly layered and multidimensional visual field, where luminous colors and dynamic textures embody the vitality inherent in the natural world. Through these radiant forms, Chen offers viewers an imaginative space—at once instinctive and poetic—that invites contemplation of both inner emotion and the life force within nature.
