黃政強將藝術創作視為其生命歷程中的重要實踐。早期以「溫水煮蛙」系列回應時代處境，透過作品關注國際關係、自然環境與當代水墨發展所面臨的轉變，同時反映藝術與現實生活之間逐漸累積的壓力與張力。近年創作轉向對植物與園藝的關注，透過長時間的觀察與培育，探索生命在不同環境中生長與適應的狀態。其作品延續對生存處境的思考，並在植物的附著與生長之中，發展出更為細膩且貼近身體經驗的創作視角。 

Jheng Ciang HUANG regards artistic practice as an essential part of his life journey. His earlier “Boiling Frog” series responded to the conditions of the times, addressing shifts in international relations, the natural environment, and the development of contemporary ink art, while reflecting the growing tension between artistic practice and everyday life.

In recent years, his work has turned toward plants and horticulture. Through long-term observation and cultivation, he explores how life grows and adapts within different environments. Continuing his reflection on conditions of existence, his practice has developed a more subtle and embodied perspective, emerging through the processes of attachment and growth found in plants.
